To the Clerk to the Committee

I am responding to your letter of 2 August 2011, merely to state that  I totally disagree with with the way WAG are bulldozing through their energy policy without apparent regard to public concerns.  The provisions of TAN 8 most seriously affect mid Wales and it is inexcusable that the WAG are vigorously refusing to review it. 

In these circumstances I fear I shall be wasting my time in addressing other issues.
